Brief Introduction:
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) is a new generation of environment friendly cement admixture of advanced world level. This kind of product has a good adaptability with cement, so it is widely used in non-shrinkage grouting material/mechanical grouting material, repair mortar, cement-based mortar, waterproof mortar, crack-sealer and thermal mortar, etc. For concrete, PCE can improve the fluidity, early and final strength and the decreasing the shrinkage crack at the last stage of the mortar hardens. In addition, these PCE superplasticizers are also suitable for plaster, fireproofing materials and ceramics.
Application:
Polycarboxylate superplasticizers for sale can be widely used in water conservancy project, eletrical power project, port project, railway project ,bridge project, highway project and main structure cement casting of civil bulding.
Note:
1. The Dosage: According to different types of cement, the temperature of water, the ratio of water to cement ratio, etc, the recommended dosage is about 0.2-2% (as the Solid Content).
2. They cannot be used with naphthalene superplasticizer. If mixed with other types of admixtures, it should be confirmed by experiment.

Packing & Storage:
The packing of PCE powder is 25 kg PP woven bags; While the packing of PCE liquid is 230kg PE drum, 1100kg IBC tank or flexitank. Besides, Kingsun also provides the custom packaging.
They can be stored in dry and cool place at room temperature, away from the sunshine.
The shelf-life is 1 year.
